Special leaders' meeting and Proclamation Ceremony for the Realm of Life of the Unity and Completed Settlement of the Parents of Heaven and Earth.
True Parents returned to Korea on July 30th, arriving at their official residence in Hannam-dong at about 5:20 p.m.
Their welcome was followed by a bouquet presentation, after which Father spoke for about 40 minutes. Thereafter, reports were made by Rev. Kwak, Hoon Mo Nim (concerning the Chung Pyung providence) and Rev. Peter Kim reading Heung Jin Nim's message from the spirit world in the form of Hoon Dok Hae.
True Parents directed all Korean leaders worldwide to be in Korea to participate in a special meeting on August 1st.
1. Special meeting (August 1st) and assignment of all overseas Korean leaders and missionaries to mission areas in Korea (August 1st-2nd)
All Korean leaders working both in Korea and overseas (including continental directors, national messiahs and missionaries) as well as registered blessed wives mobilized in Korea attended the special meeting held beginning at 7:00 a.m. on August 1st at the Central Training Center, Sutaek-ri in Guri City. That day, True Parents spoke on "Registration in the Kingdom of Heaven."
True Father explained the significance of the mobilization from 1 July 2002 to 30 June 2005. He said "The First Mobilization lasted three years before receiving the Blessing during the 1960s; the Second Mobilization consisted of the activities of the blessed wives from 1970 to 1972; now is the time of the Third Mobilization, which entails mobilizing the family. He stressed the following three points:
First, the complete restoration of the Fatherland through restoration of the clan and through tong ban gyeok pa'(breaking through at the grassroots level, or in community outreach) by the end of the year.
Second, all members are to wear their family photo on their chest.
Third, all blessed husbands and wives are to face each other, holding hands with right hand above and left hand below when they pray.
Notably, Father emphasized the wearing of one's family photo on one's chest as well as participating in Hoon Dok Hae as a family. Furthermore, we are to build the Realm of Three Generations, complete the Cheon Il Guk, and realize the Personality Church (In-gyeok Gyohwe) and the Tribal Church (Jongjok Gyohwe).
Thereafter, Father explained the significance of the day, the purpose of which is to bequeath to us The Era of Liberation of the Autonomous Realm of Victory. He also identified four texts as containing the core ideas of the Family Federation, namely the Family Pledge, Address given at the Coronation Ceremony for the Kingship of God, Proclamation of a Written Resolution by the Representatives of the Five Great Religions and Address given at the Proclamation Rally for the Unity and Completed Settlement of the Parents of Heaven and Earth.
On August 2nd, True Parents convened a Hoon Dok Hae at their official residence in Hannam-dong for all overseas Korean leaders (including national messiahs and continental directors) and Korean regional leaders to receive their directions. The meeting ended at about 2:20 p.m. following which the participants gathered to make a strong determination and to be assigned their respective mission areas.
2. Brotherly and sisterly relations among the three nations of Korea, Japan and America, and assignment of mission areas in Korea for tribal restoration by all worldwide Korean leaders (August 3rd).
At 8:00 p.m. on August 2nd, True Parents directed all Korean regional leaders, national messiahs and overseas Korean leaders to participate in Hoon Dok Hae at the Chung Pyung Heaven and Earth Training Center on August 3rd.
There, True Parents matched 336 pairs of Korean leaders with Japanese representatives to form brotherly and sisterly relationships. A similar event will subsequently be held with Americans.
True Father explained the establishment of this brotherhood and sisterhood. "Now is the time for true brotherly and sisterly relationships to be formed all over the world. That being so, all the participants representing these three nations can go to the Kingdom of Heaven by establishing brotherly and sisterly relationships surpassing their love for their own physical brothers and sisters."
3. Proclamation Ceremony for the Realm of Life of the Unity and Completed Settlement of the Parents of Heaven and Earth (August 5th)
On August 5th at 1:40 a.m., True Father called President Hwang Sun-jo and directed him to convene a meeting at 6:00 a.m. at the Central Training Center (Sutaek-ri, Guri) for all national messiahs, all leaders working in a public mission, and members.
About 1,300 leaders and members from all across the nation participated at this meeting. True Parents offered a special prayer to declare The Realm of Life of the Unity and Completed Settlement for the Parents of Heaven and Earth.
Father explained the significance of the Proclamation Ceremony for the Realm of Life of the Unity and Completed Settlement of the Parents of Heaven and Earth. Centering upon August 5th, the sum of the numbers 8 and 5 is 13 and their product is 40. Therefore, he stressed, centered on 4000 years, centered on establishing Kingship, we must connect the unified standard of the liberated world of heaven and earth from the family to the Kingdom of Heaven. He explained that this special prayer was needed because the Five Great Saints and blessed families in the spirit world has already issued a proclamation forming the spiritual Cheon Il Guk and for uniting heaven and earth. Thus, because of this special prayer by True Parents, liberated ancestors and good spirits can return to work freely.
The proclamatory prayer was offered with the participants standing in the front row clasping hands while everyone else behind them placed both hands on the shoulders of the person directly in front of them. Father directed President Hwang to report briefly on the instructions he had given him over the phone at 1:40 a.m. to end the meeting. President Hwang reported as below.
Subject : Proclamation Ceremony for the Realm of Life of the Unity and Completed Settlement of the Parents of Heaven and Earth, and Organization
1) Providential status
Following the Coronation Ceremony for the Kingship of God on 13 January 2001, the complete settlement of Cheon Il Guk proceeded gradually, based on restoring the number 6 three times. Thus, with the passage of 18 months, the Proclamation Rally for the Unity and Completed Settlement of the Parents of Heaven and Earth was held. After that time, to actualize the completed settlement from the 12th Chil Il (7.1) Jeol (July 1st), we must perfect the realm of the tribe and achieve the substantial completed settlement starting from August 1st. In this way, Father issued the proclamation, which will be officiated by True Mother through the Proclamation Rally of the Realm of Life.
2) Contents of the Completed Settlement
Unity of spiritual and physical worlds, unity of mind and body, and unity of husband and wife. We must achieve the Realm of Life for settlement. Life means people living in heaven and the Realm of Life means the gradual completion of settlement in stages and by locality.
3) How can we achieve the Realm of Life?
a. Establishing the Realm of Life in the Ban (Formation Stage)
b. Establishing the Realm of Life in the Tong (Growth Stage)
c. Establishing the Realm of Life in the Dong (Completion Stage)
If this is the case, we can establish the Realm of Life within the subdivisions of the city or the nation. (The city si is divided into wards gu, which are subdivided into subdistricts dong, which is turn are made up of neighborhoods 'tong' that further comprise neighborhood associations ban.) How should do we deal with such a providential prospect? It will be completed through organization. The unit of organization is a team of 10 members per si or gun or gu which together number a total of 253 nationwide.
At the end of President Hwang's report, True Father concluded his speech by emphasizing the following points:
a. Support people who received the tribal blessing by recommending them to be appointed as local community grassroots leaders within their respective ban (neighborhood association), tong (neighborhood), dong (subdistrict) or myeon (rural district).
b. Give 15-minute and 30-minute Divine Principle lectures.
c. Form trinities to give Divine Principle lectures, conduct good public relations and become economically independent.
d. Educate the congressmen. Our goal is to educate leaders on the Era of North-South Unification. We are the House of Families to dispense supra-party education. Absolutely educate members of both the ruling party and the opposition.
e. The national messiahs are viceroys.
f. We must restore the position which Cain has occupied until now and appoint the younger brother to the position of elder brother and place the elder brother in the position of the younger brother.
