True Mother’s Message to the youth at United States 2nd Generation Resurgence, held on Sunday, October 8, 2023

I love you, my sons and daughters.

On the foundation of 6,000 years of the providence of salvation through indemnity, you are the pure water born of the True Parents. The Creator, our Heavenly Parent, had a dream, and in the divine image created the mineral world, the plant world, and the animal world, and finally, a man and woman who were to become our first ancestors. These were Adam and Eve, who are written of in the Bible. The Creator gave them a period in which they were to grow, and waited for the day they could perfect their character by themselves. Yet Adam and Eve, who were meant to be our original ancestors, lost absolute faith, absolute love and absolute obedience through the Fall. As a result, due to conflict and war, people in the present time have never been able to enjoy true freedom.

God’s starting point and ending point are one and the same. God is all-knowing and almighty. For these reasons, God embarked on the arduous and difficult historical journey to find the True Parents who could become the ancestors of humankind upholding God’s principles of creation. God selected the nation of Israel as the chosen people and the history of the providence of salvation was set in motion. The history of the providence of salvation was first to restore the lineage lost through the Fall, and after 4,000 years, Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son whom God could call “My Son,” was born.

However, the people of Israel, Mary who gave birth to Jesus, and the religious leaders, did not know the original essence of Jesus. Further, they did not understand the essence of the Creator. As a result, Jesus Christ, who should have become the True Father of humankind, was crucified. As you know from history, the people of Israel went through a suffering course, living as a people without a nation for 2,000 years.

What you need to know here is that God created humankind in the divine image, male and female. Though God found Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son, the only begotten Daughter did not appear. Because the people of Israel could not complete their responsibility, the only begotten Daughter could not be born to them [in this era of the Second Advent]. Thus, Heaven had to find and select a new people, and the only begotten Daughter was born on the Korean Peninsula in 1943.

The only begotten Daughter’s birth had to take place within the Christian cultural realm. At that time, right before the end of World War II, in and around Pyongyang, offshoots of American Presbyterian missions were actively spreading a Holy-Spirit-led movement. Influential and well-known Korean pastors were telling their followers that the returning Messiah would appear in Pyongyang. In preparing to meet the Messiah through these Spirit-led groups, Christianity should have realized that when Jesus departed this life on the cross, he promised to return and hold the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. They should have realized that the purpose of the coming of the returning Messiah was the birth of the Only Begotten Daughter.

Given this historical reality, well-known religious leaders at that time gave testimony that I had been born. The many Spirit-led organizations and individuals at that time who could have completed the providential work on the Korean Peninsula that Heaven desired did not know for certain about this. To make matters worse, even with the fact of the only begotten Daughter’s birth, Korea was divided into the communist North and democratic South after its liberation in 1945.

Knowing that I could not stay in the North, Heaven guided me to the South. And as God knew of the turmoil that would erupt in 1950, and that the South Korean democracy at that time was incapable of countering the communist ideology of the North, an incredible miracle occurred: sixteen UN member states joined together to protect democracy in South Korea.

Based on the principles of creation that God established, people need time in which to grow. I had to survive, therefore, in order to bring the providence to completion. At the age of 6 or 8, one is not fully prepared to take on the providence. Hence, good young people from sixteen UN members states, of an age prior to that when the Fall occurred, came and protected Korea and the only begotten Daughter.

I understood the providence of Heaven, and God told me that it could not be delayed any longer and that I had to step forward. I knew there were many difficult circumstances, but I stepped into the position of True Parent in 1960, saying I would do it to fulfill the responsibility Heaven had given me. As a result, the first generation of members, your parents, received the Blessing, and gave birth to the second generation, which is you. So, you, the second and third generation members who have gathered here today, are the genuine sons and daughters of the True Parents, the only begotten Daughter and True Mother.

It is my wish as the only begotten Daughter, True Mother, and Wang Omma [“Grand Mommy”], that all of you, as pure water, grow well and become leaders who are fully equipped in every respect and who can spread our Heavenly Parent’s dream across the earth. Our original ancestors were unable to fulfill their responsibility in front of our Creator’s hopes. I call you to do differently, and to unite in absolute faith, absolute love, and absolute obedience with your Wang Omma.

Having laid all the conditions to expand the environment of the Cheon Il Guk era, your Wang Omma established Cheon Won Gung so that people can substantially attend Heavenly Parent on earth. From now on, Heavenly Parent together with True Parents will embrace all of you, beloved second and third generation members. In so doing I hope that you will be victorious in expanding the realm of God’s kingdom of heaven on earth, one family of humankind with Heavenly Parent at the center, which you dream of and look forward to so much.

In the beginning, Heavenly Parent created the planet Earth. However, due to 6,000 years of human ignorance, the things of creation have suffered damage at our hands. Today, severe climate change spawns heavy rainfall, forest fires, tornadoes and many other indescribable problems. As you must be aware, these lead to the deaths of many people who should be living together in heaven on earth. In considering how to restore the Earth to its original state in attendance of the Heavenly Parent, I pray that all of you, through your sincere devotions, effort and wisdom, can meet these challenges, that you can gain expertise in your various fields and restore this Earth to its beautiful, original state.

How wonderful it would be if overnight we could create an environment in which the more than 8 billion people of the world can attend our Heavenly Parent! For this, using today’s technology, with the ability to make connections within a second, I hope your wisdom and effort can quickly establish an environment where at least one-third of the world’s population attend the Heavenly Parent. I pray that all of you will become central figures in this.

To do so, you must firmly understand who you are. There are many impure waters in the world, so you must clearly recognize your identity. You must know that your responsibility as pure water is to move forward toward the broader world and not be distracted by your surroundings. If pure water becomes stagnant, it eventually becomes contaminated and is discarded. I hope that together with True Parents you will go forward in a straight line toward a heavenly unified world.

In particular, those of you who were born in the United States should know that Korea, Japan, and the United States are the three main providential nations in God’s providence. For 400 years, Heaven nurtured the United States in particular in order to create the environment for the returning Messiah.

You have a responsibility. America should not be a country that only prospers for itself. It should become an America that can embrace its sibling nations. Although they may not know it, Heaven has a purpose for those in the fields of US politics, economics, and all other sectors… You must awaken them and bring them into alignment with that. You must teach them so that these United States can become a Heavenly America that carries out its responsibility. Can you understand?

Today, seeing all of you makes me so happy. Through you, I see hope that my lifelong dream of 60 years will blossom beautifully. I will always be your Wang Omma, not only for the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth generations, but forever.
