All of you need to participate in making the museum of the life of Father. It would be a history museum. We should make the museum as a masterpiece, the only one and the best in the world. We need to make it in such a way so that all people come to see the life and history of True Parents and vividly understand how much True Parents tried to embrace all humanity.

I thought about how before your lives are through, as pupils and blessed families who have lived at the point in time when True Parents were on earth, you all should give back to Heaven and be in a position in which you can leave something behind. I decided that we must build a museum to explain everything at a glance regarding how the people and the True Parents came on the day that humankind had eagerly awaited, and that God had anticipated; they completed and fulfilled providential history, and it was said that the new era had begun. In the future, truly, you will be blessed.

Your existence is not just for you. You have sons and daughters. You should think of your future descendants. I want to help you by building a museum on True Parents’ life courses. You cannot imagine how much True Parents have loved God and humanity. The museum will show all the records, including even the incidents you did not participate in within the providence that True Parents personally conducted, investing everything in them. This will become a historic museum. Once this museum is completed, what will Christians think when they see it? How much regret will those who visit this museum feel? They would say, “Why didn’t I know about them even though I lived in the same era?... I can’t believe I did not recognize my own parents.” How much would they regret that? Hmm? We are the parents of humanity, the True Parents. Can there be any child that does not know his or her parents?

After a few hundred years, your descendants would visit the museum and gladly say, My grandpa, my great, great grandpa was part of this. Someone will say, “Oh, but what about my grandfather? He is not included.” Those who want to become such people…. you decide by yourselves. Your responses are weak. What did I just say now? The museum on True Parents’ life courses must be completed at all cost within your (my?) lifetime.

I made an important announcement yesterday. Do you remember that after Father’s Seonghwa I said that I would make a museum about True Parents’ life courses? Two years have passed but it is not as if I haven’t been making any preparations. I do wistfully wonder, however, how it might have been if our environment were better or if we were a little bit more influential. Yesterday, I decided that we will not go with the concept of a museum; instead I named the facility that we will build Cheonji Sunhak Won. It is to be the Garden of Eden. Our Heavenly Parent’s wish and the wish of all humankind through the world is one, united world—a peaceful kingdom of heaven on earth and in heaven centered on our Heavenly Parent….

You all have the responsibility to bring all seven billion people of the world into the embrace of our Heavenly Parent. They are your younger brothers, your siblings, and your family. You have to save them. Do you understand?

In that sense, the Cheonji Sunhak Won museum should be made as a futuristic, multipurpose, cultural space. It should be a place where whoever enters would want to sign up to become a member by the time they exit. What do you think?

The reason I called you today is so that the organization centered on True Parents can now advance as one system. The roles of the Cheon Jae Won and the Cheon Jeong Won are important. Because of True Parents, Korea, which is the nation of origin for this movement, has now become [God’s] homeland. Looking back on the fifty years’ history of True Parents’ providence, Korea must show how much it has grown and become an example to the nations of the world. Korea must become the nation that practices True Parents’ true love. It should not exist solely for its own sake. We have been taught to live for the sake of others. Although you say that you have made effort to live under this principle, in reality, you are still very much inadequate despite the fact that you were the first to come and the first to be blessed compared to the rest of the world’s seven billion people. Do you agree?

I am saying that you are in a position where this cannot be condoned forever. The number of years that you have left to live are fewer than the number you have lived to this day. If you have led your earthly life in a way that has been solely for the sake of your physical body, you will not be completely able to attain the qualifications to enter the eternal world. You should be spending your lives on earth practicing true love according to True Parents’ teachings. A person that leads such a life should be living for the sake of others. I am saying that you should not remain in a position where you are the only one to receive the blessing and to know True Parents. That is why True Father blessed you with his last words, saying that you should bless 430 couples as heavenly tribal messiahs. His words were a blessing. How much have you lived up to this blessing? What have you been doing while all these blessed families were being born?

The purpose of True Father’s forty-year mission in America was to embrace all humankind. If that was the case, the leaders in Korea should have fulfilled their responsibilities. They did not, and only talk a lot.

Yet, today, you are certainly happy people. It is clear that you are people who have received the blessing. Why do I say this? Although, I don’t know how much you expanded this environment, you have been living in the same era as True Parents. This shall enable the value of your existence to continuously manifest itself throughout history. Where else can you find a greater blessing than this? Then, you must fulfill your responsibilities. This comes up in True Father’s words. What did he say would happen to a nation once twelve victorious families are born into it? He said that it would be restored. For the past fifty years, Korea produced many blessed families starting from the thirty-six couples. Yet, why haven’t there been twelve victorious families in recent times?

These victorious families emerged from the Philippines and Thailand, nations that came after us. I am embarrassed by you. Did you know that? Are you aware of that? That is why, before we hold the third anniversary of True Father’s Ascension, we have to show to heaven and to the world that something in us has changed, that we have transformed anew. The Korean church has received assistance until now. The Korean Headquarters and the Tongil Foundation should now take responsibility for all providential organizations [in Korea]. The headquarters of the Korean church and the foundation must now be responsible for UPF, WFWP, CARP—all of these organizations. Can you do this? [Yes.] Why is your voice so soft?

Shouldn’t you save the honor of the homeland of faith, the homeland of our Heavenly Parent? Now, through the Cheon Jae Won, the missionary headquarters must accelerate its efforts to support the global mission. For this, we must move forward as one organization. Do you understand? [Yes.]

I’m sure you heard secretary-general Kim Man-ho’s speech just now. There are members who are witnessing while living on just ₩200,000 to ₩300,000 a month. I’m sure you feel very sorry and are pained in your hearts. True Parents are not the True Parents only for Korea. They are the True Parents of humankind. We have to save the unfortunate nations. Why are you still floundering forever in Korea? Well? All of you should be helping me. With respect to your responsibilities, you should earn the title of filial child and loyal servant while True Parents are alive. Who will call you that once True Parents go to the spirit world, the other world? Well? That is why I told you that you are living in the most blessed and happiest moment. Depending on whether you fulfill your responsibilities, you can become a filial child, loyal servant and owner of Cheon Il Guk. Time flies. It is fleeting. Even if you were to live until a hundred, you only have a short time left—maybe only twenty to thirty years. By then, you have to be able to stand proudly in front of True Parents and be eternally endorsed by them in the eternal world. Do you understand? [Yes.]

I hope that you are in the position of a progenitor that can say that because of you and the burning heart you had when you first came into contact with God’s word in the early years of the church, this nation was blessed and that you opened the way for the world’s seven billion people to meet True Parents. Do you understand? [Yes.] The reason I invited the senior church elders from Daegu and Busan is to remind you that True Parents are the eternal parents. The mainstream is a vast current and is the only thing that flows in True Parents’ path. There cannot be any branch currents. If a branch current fails to join the main current it will dissipate. It will lose life. Do you understand what I am saying? [Yes.] When you were following God’s will, you followed True Parents. It was not as if you were following the path of any one individual. Do you understand? [Yes.] You have to show your true colors: whether you are the water of life or muddied waters. The water of life is the main current, the mainstream. I am telling you not to become rotten water. Do you understand? [Yes.] If there is anybody around you who is still ambivalent, you should take responsibility for the person. If you realize that the path you have taken leads to death and is void of life, unless you are a fool, you will stick to the path leading to life.

True Parents are God’s only begotten son and daughter, unparalleled in history. There is no other. You must know this. Didn’t Jesus mention this in the Bible? You may be forgiven for denying Jesus but what does it say happens if you go against the Holy Spirit? There is no forgiveness. What does that mean? Those who do not follow True Mother are not part of the mainstream but are headed toward hell. They will not even survive. Once that happens, nobody can save them ever again. Do you understand what I am saying? [Yes.] You have to be clear—crystal clear. I am talking about a life-or-death resolution. If you have a loving heart toward such people around you, you have to make this life-or-death resolution. It should not be a life-or-death situation only for the other person. You have to think about your descendants. Never again should you allow the vestiges of the fallen world, like what we see today, remain in Heaven’s presence. Do you understand? [Yes.] This is a serious issue. There is no forgiveness. I cannot forgive this. You must be clear on this point. [Yes.]

Another reason I called you here today is because of the statement I made to you two years ago that I would build a museum on True Parents’ life courses. It is not that I hadn’t been pushing this. We had a situation that prevented us from making real progress. We can no longer wait. I feel that the concept of a museum lacks life; it doesn’t make you feel good. Even erecting a statue would seem offensive. That’s why I renamed this facility. It shall be called Cheonji Sunhak Won, the Garden of Eden. When people enter this building, they will be able to visually see with their eyes manifestations of True Parents’ lifetime achievements and their speeches, expressed using modern technology that goes beyond 3-D or 4-D. When people see and immerse themselves in this experience, by the time they exit the building they will feel different from when they first entered. They will want to be part of our movement. I want to create such a mood where people can come to that decision on their own. Isn’t this a good idea? [Yes.] [Applause]

We will create an environment where our Heavenly Parent can be revered in the most beautiful, solemn and dignified way. It will show how True Parents had begun from a humble position yet devotedly persevered for the sake of humanity, to save humankind, through a course drenched in their tears, sweat and blood. It was the 19^th, 20^th century, when human history was crumbling and facing most challenging times. Right? [Yes.] It was also the 21st century. This facility should be able to express how much indemnity True Parents paid and how much sacrifice they made in order to save and bring new life to humankind. Visitors should be able to see this in a glance. Therefore, I want all members around the world to be part of this endeavor. I am not saying that you should not get involved. You should. Nevertheless, just as a boat needs a navigation officer to guide its path, we will need a preparatory committee. We will also ultimately need an executive committee that can spur on the efforts, so that if I give instructions or tell you to do something in a certain way, the committee can do the necessary research. It is not a simple task to conceive of and build such a building. However, for this museum, I want to create it in a way that people would continue to be inspired by True Parents, such that even after centuries have passed, it would be a valuable place where people would want to go to visit, that can stir up in people even the desire to live near the building. Will you take part in these efforts? [Yes!]

In sum, I want all this to be expressed in a splendid way. I mentioned 3-D, 4-D and utilizing technology. We will have to mobilize state-of-the-art technology for this facility. We haven’t commissioned a designer yet, but how shall we do this? Shall we make it three stories high with two stories underground or three? I plan to make a cultural space on the first floor and on an underground floor. There are too many aspects and achievements in True Parents’ lives that cannot be expressed adequately in one picture. It cannot be done with one picture. It has to be made into a movie, and can also be made into a performance. In the future, the facility should be made so that all this can be in operation 365 days a year. Once a person comes here and experiences this, he would be converted. This is actually something the Korean headquarters and church should take the lead in making. What do you think? [Yes. We will do it!] What do you mean “you will do it?” You are only good at responding.

It will require an astronomical amount of investment. Can you do that? This must be done before 2020. To do that, we need to design it now and obtain permits. We will end up wasting a year. You don’t know the urgency that I feel right now. During this time, the Korean headquarters must restore the nation. If you can fulfill that responsibility you are helping me. You have to make everybody know about True Parents. UPF, the Citizens Federation for the Reunification of North Korea and South Korea, and all the other affiliated organizations have worked very hard but you have to get results. You have to make families that attend True Parents. Only then can you restore the nation.

You have to invest yourselves completely for this. Do you understand? [Yes.] Don’t just talk anymore. We have no time. Heaven has given us this great opportunity. If you die before fulfilling your responsibilities, how do you think your descendants will regard you?

When you read True Father’s words, he uses harsh expressions. He does that so that you come to your senses. Do you understand? [Yes.] You wish that it would happen, right? All of you should take part in this endeavor. Do you understand? [Yes.] Hundreds of years from now, your descendants will come and check to see if your name was recorded. The fact that you are with me means you are enjoying the golden years of your lives. Those who turn away from me are unfortunate people. You should not allow your pitiable brothers and sisters to die. You have to save them. Do you understand? [Yes.]

In order to do that, you have to fulfill your responsibilities as tribal messiahs. I have already taught you how to do it. You have to become one. It is okay for Lee Jung-bok who took office today as director [of the Cheon Jeong Gung museum] to operate independently but you must report all this to Cheon Jae Won. You will have to be inspected and audited. Cheon Jeong Won must be aware of your operations. Are the heads of the organization in the Cheongshim area all here? The same goes for you as well. We are now one organization. At the same time, you must do your best to become financially independent. Now you have to save the world. How different do you think it will be when I am here and when I am not?

All members in the world feel this way: They want me to meet them, to visit them and call out to them. We made this banquet hall on the third floor so that I can meet members. I cannot meet them in person. I only have one physical body, yet members and other people in the world want to meet me in person. While I am here, I plan to hold such meetings more often. Do you understand? [Yes.] I don’t mean just all of you. The committee members at the center of the execution of the Cheonji Sunhak Won shall include the Cheon Jeong Won, Cheon Jae Won, the Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center, and Hoon-mo nim. Under Mr. Lee, the new director appointed today, the designs and permits should be acquired and a structure should be made in which people can make effort until a blueprint is produced. You should now make preparations during the next ten days. I will gather all church leaders and senior members in Korea at the beginning of December to announce this. Once it is announced, you should not delay even for a day but make sure the job is done quickly. Do you understand? Head of the Cheon Jae Won? [Yes.] Kim Man-ho shall be responsible for the Cheon Jeong Won. [Yes. I understand.] There is also the technical aspect and the cultural aspect. The History Compilation Committee should not be excluded from this project, so Kim Seog-byung should be included. Do you understand? [Yes.] These people should hold meetings and make preparations from now to discuss how you are going to take this project forward. That is why I am announcing this today. Do you understand? [Yes.]

I am aware that we have temporarily obtained certain permits, but since we will have a new model and design now, I hope you can quickly prepare according to the plan. If you all agree to this, please give your applause. [Applause]

While you were out witnessing, I was contemplating how to build the Cheonji Sunhak Won, which is the purpose of my visit to America this time. I plan to make it greater than any other existing museum. I am thinking of looking at those buildings that are well constructed and known to be well managed. I am sure we can ultimately create a finer piece of work in the twenty-first century. That is the kind of standard we need, so that the Cheonji Sunhak Won’s stature and True Parents’ stature can be remembered and survive for future generations and all eternity. Do you know how blessed and joyful it is to have been part of that endeavor?

I aspire to create something that people worldwide will cherish for generations. I envision a memorial that will remain intact and impactful even after a thousand or two thousand years. This can be achieved through the tradition of Korean culture, specifically through the najeon chilgi (mother-of-pearl lacquer technique). By applying multiple layers of lacquer, we achieve a spectrum of vibrant colors and a long-lasting, permanent finish. This unique and enduring technique is rooted in Asian culture, originating from Korea. By creating such a building or artwork, we will attract artists and curious individuals, inspiring them to visit and admire it.

What did I say I would make in Cheongpyeong by 2020 so that Cheongpyeong becomes an eternal holy ground where the people can experience and feel True Parents’ love? Fundamentally, we are taking this path as we prepare for the settlement of Cheon Il Guk on earth. Thus, I am preparing to create a system centered in Korea, centered in Cheongpyeong, that is greater than that of Vatican City, which one might call Christianity’s mecca. Are you hopeful? [Yes] True Parents have upheld Heaven’s will and have lived their entire lives living for the sake of others by practicing true love to save humanity. I am preparing in all areas, such as the necessary human resources, in order to design and build the Cheonji Sunhak Won, in which True Parents’ achievements can be seen at a glance.

Once the Cheonji Sunhak Won is complete, the line of people, who will come from around the world, will not end. The Cheonji Sunhak Won will convey the True Parents in the era of Cheon Il Guk, which one can only see by coming to Korea. The building will symbolize True Parents historically and culturally and will become a place that UNESCO might later ask to have preserved forever. [Applause] Therefore, every day I am planning this. Each day should be different, right? If so, development occurs.

The piece you can see on the side is Korean traditional art. It displays Korean culture. We call it the “Ten Traditional Symbols of Longevity.” Someone designated as a human cultural asset created this. Do you know what that means? This piece will not change even after a thousand years. It will only become brighter and brighter as time goes by. I will put this piece on the wall in the main hall of the Cheonji Sunhak Won. This was created with painted lacquer and mother-of-pearl. These are shells, natural shells. The artist brings out these colors through those shells. It is very difficult to do this. I will put fourteen works like this in the Cheonji Sunhak Won. They will be bigger than this one here. If you stand by this piece, it will shield you from electromagnetic radiation. It is good for your health. In the future, Western artists will say, “Oh, we have to learn from Eastern art.” Paintings have a limited life, but this work will last over a thousand years. It can last forever.

We should show the world True Parents’ achievements. That is why I want to build the Cheonji Sunhak Won as soon as possible. However, there are many intricate processes to get the necessary permits from the government. Also, it’s a water supply area, making it hard to build something like houses. It’s a protected area. We were able to get all the permits, however. We will hold a groundbreaking ceremony this year on the anniversary of True Father’s Seonghwa. The road to get to Cheon Jeong Gung will change. The Cheonji Sunhak Won will be placed near the gate. We will landscape the area around it so that people who come and will feel, “Oh, this is like heaven on earth!”

However, with your repeated hardwork and love, after six thousand years, through the birth of the only daughter of God, in the Han clan,the True Parents of humankind were born and a new history of the providence -- the path for all thepeople of the world to advance on as True Parents' children -- was established. What a miraculous andamazing truth this is! That the people of the world still do not know, however, is regrettable. 113">We should present Cheonji Sunhak Won to the world. It is my message and teaching to the world that all countries, peoples, and individuals should know and attend Heavenly Parent. I have explained this extensively, but it is also important to demonstrate it. Even though we speak of a peaceful world and a Kingdom of Heaven on earth, what does it actually look like? A country that is united with Heavenly Parent and True Parents. This is Cheon Il Guk.

I said that while Cheon Jeong Gung is the Holy of Holies centered on the True Parents, the Cheonji Sunhak Won represents [Cheon Il Guk’s] central offices/seat of government. It is Cheon Won Gung [literally: Palace of the Celestial Garden]). This is Cheon Jeong Gung [where Mother is speaking]. The Cheonji Sunhak Won is Cheon Won Gung.

It is essential that all the people of the world are educated at Cheon Won Gung, learn the truth and the work of the True Parents, receive the Blessing, become children reborn, and live full, beautiful, and abundant lives on earth. The story of your earthly lives will be passed on to your descendants, the ensuing generations, so that they may know what kind of lives their parents led in attendance of the True Parents. This will continue forever, for eternity.

The completion of this building will see the completion of the providence. It is the culmination of human history. If Cheon Jeong Gung serves as the ‘holy of holies’ centering on True Parents, the concept of CheonJi SunHak Won was to serve as the central governing office. Its name is now changed to Cheon Won Gung. This will be the place where True Parents, who are on earth, will govern all of humanity and all nations.

After True Father’s ascension, I spoke about building Cheon Won Gung. Unfortunately, the necessary preparations were not put in place immediately. There were numerous obstacles, both from secular institutions and individuals. However, I have now made a decision. During the beautiful spring season of 2023, I plan on dedicating Cheon Won Gung, and especially the Cheon Il Sanctum—the sanctum where we can attend our Heavenly Parent. Every citizen of the world without exception must know about Heavenly Parent and True Parents.

The only thing left now is to create the results, isn’t it? So please do your best and work hard until the end! Just as all the leaders reported earlier, Cheon Won Gung is an unparalleled temple, a capital, and a treasure wherein Heavenly Parent presides and one that can establish the status of Heavenly Unified Korea.

It was through True Parents that for the first time in 6,000 biblical years we were able to create an environment in which we could substantially attend Heavenly Parent on earth, and thus victoriously conclude the eighth year of Cheon Il Guk. Knowing Heavenly Parent’s dream, I worked for seven years amid indescribable circumstances with the determination to realize, without fail, an environment in which we can attend the Heavenly Parent on earth. Only the victorious True Parents and people that are attending Heavenly Parent will, in attending Him, realize Heavenly Parent’s dream, the kingdom of heaven on earth that we have yearned to see realized for so long. However, to bring this about, the responsibility of the Cheon Il Guk Cheonbo couples is important. Cheon Il Guk Foundation Day was proclaimed, and the firm settlement of Cheon Il Guk was achieved. To accomplish this, at least seven religious groups, seven countries, and a continent had to be restored. Additionally, the condition of a continental-level Blessing Ceremony was established. The settlement of Cheon Il Guk was only made possible through achieving these results. This completed the task. That is why from ten years ago I have been saying that I would build Cheon Won Gung and the Cheon Il Sanctum. However, neither the government nor Christianity understood the situation regarding Cheon Won Gung at that time. That is why I said it would start out as a museum.

I had fourteen artworks created using mother-of-pearl through which to depict the providential work our eternal Creator has conducted to save fallen humankind. These are realistic Seonghwa artworks that allow one to learn about the 6,000 years of God’s providential history at a glance. They are remarkable works of art created by top masters in this field, works the like of which can never be made again. As long as this planet exists, they will be preserved. Yet we have a lot of work to do now.

I had already turned 80 years of age when I dedicated the Cheon Won Gung’s Cheon Il Sanctum, where people will be able to attend Heavenly Parent. From the time I proclaimed Foundation Day I said we would do it, but it took ten years until it could be dedicated, and there were many issues along the way. All that time, I was alone. When I say I’m going to accomplish something, there are those who say it is impossible. When we think that the temple where we can attend Heavenly Parent after 6,000 long years should remain unchanged for all eternity with its gleaming appearance, there are leaders who can’t see the immediate future and become entangled in the circumstances of reality. You know how the elders from the early days reacted when I said, “I am the only begotten Daughter!”

I have declared that the Creator God is the Heavenly Parent. In order to embrace all people throughout the world, I announced Heavenly Parent’s Holy Community and expanded missionary activities. The environment in which all people live in a pure state as before the Fall must be realized, one in which blessed children attend Heavenly Parent. After announcing the Entrance Ceremony for the Cheon Il Sanctum in Cheon Won Gung, I could not sleep. I feel tremendously sorry to Heaven. In conclusion, if you become one with True Mother, the only begotten Daughter, you will be able to enter the kingdom of heaven on earth and in heaven. This is something you need to know.

Therefore, I reflected on Moses’ course. Moses was a great man whom God chose. He led the Israelites out of Egypt. In the course of their journey, Heaven performed many miracles. Why, however, did they have to spend forty years in the wilderness? Even though Canaan was within easy reach, why could they not enter, but could only die [in the wilderness]?

This is now the final step in the history of the providence. This is the last… There can never again be a time like this. That is why this moment, this place, is so significant. The providence will be fulfilled. Because I am here, it will be brought to fruition.

However, the problem lies with you. After all your hard work following the providence, you must not end up like Moses. Do you understand?

As the only begotten Daughter and True Mother, I have to see the providence fulfilled. We must fulfill the dream of Heavenly Parent, who wants to embrace us, love us, and live with us on earth together with True Parents.

After we hold the Entrance Ceremony for the Cheon Il Sanctum in Cheon Won Gung next year, we must continue to expand the environment in which people can attend our Heavenly Parent. By becoming one with the only begotten daughter, True Mother, we will restore the nation and the world and find the solutions to the problems happening all over the world today, including wars and conflicts between peoples.

Only by resolving all problems in attendance of our Creator, Heavenly Parent, can we become a nation of brothers and sisters that cannot and will not fight, and thus realize a peaceful world. In bringing this about, the things that each of you do and the decisions each of you make are important.

As True Parents, we must create and offer the environment of the Kingdom of Heaven on earth, where we attend Heavenly Parent, our Creator. In just 12 years, I have dedicated the Cheon Won Gung where we can attend Heavenly Parent, and next year we will have the Entrance Ceremony. This is historic. In the 6000 years of providential history, human history, this is the first time to attend Heavenly Parent on earth, and you are all here together for this time.

You are truly blessed families filled with happiness. As blessed families, you have responsibilities. Responsibilities. Tribal restoration, national restoration, the restoration of the world. These are tasks you must accomplish.

You shouldn't ask me to do it by myself. You understand, right? Just as I have created the environment in which the Will can be fulfilled in your lifetime, you can also do that. I hope you will work on / accomplish tribal restoration and national restoration in your localities. Thank you.

■ It is the Only Begotten Daughter, True Mother, Holy Mother Han who has seen the providence through to completion. Holy Mother Han is the Heavenly Mother who has been concealed for 6,000 years. It is the mother that gives birth to life, yet the 6,000 years of our history has always moved forward centered on men. It is the same with Christian history. Heaven cannot extend the providence any longer. So, who presided over Foundation Day? It was the Only Begotten Daughter. It was also the Only Begotten Daughter who showed you the settlement of Cheon Il Guk.

■ In this 13th year of Cheon Il Guk, having dedicated Cheon Won Gung, the one who has brought us up to this point just before the Entrance into the Cheonil Sanctum is the embodiment of the Heavenly Mother who had been concealed all this time, and who is called Holy Mother Han.

■ Today, you have received the seal of Holy Mother Han, which is very precious and will be the pride and honor of your descendants for generations to come. It is only possible to receive this now, while I am on earth.

Heavenly Parent, the Creator and Master of the universe, today we have finally reached this unique day, after You patiently endured and waited for 6,000 years due to the Fall. Heavenly Parent, we thank You. We offer our profound gratitude and our humble apologies.

Now you are truly the rightful Master of this earth. Our second, third, and fourth generation, the Pure Water, born of many blessed families who exist because of True Parents, are going out to the world to impart the vision of Your earthly kingdom across the land. From this day forward, Heavenly Parent, please embrace and love Your children with all Your heart!

This world will now gradually be set in order under Your dominion, and a world of one family of humankind attending the Heavenly Parent with true love will surely unfold. Holy Mother Han knows very well the hard work and efforts of all you leaders. Thank you for your investment. The Cheon Il Guk era, the 13th year of Cheon Il Guk, is the time when Heavenly Parent is substantially conducting the providence on earth.

Especially while the Only Begotten Daughter, True Mother, is on earth, all organizations and institutions must move forward under one system. After Father’s Seonghwa (ascension), the first thing I said was that “I will return to spirit and truth.” These days when we are marking 65 years since True Parents’ advent, I feel sorry before Heavenly Parent. I am sorry for making You wait so long. As I conducted the Entrance Ceremony, I felt as though I would burst into tears.

True Parents’ responsibility is to create the environment on earth in which people can attend Heavenly Parent, so that the ideal of creation can be substantially realized at the point where True Parents and Heavenly Parent are in unity. However, although True Parents came in 1960 and many blessed families have come into being through the Blessing, an environment in which everyone could attend Heavenly Parent substantially has not been established.

Passing through a period of 53 long years, I proclaimed Foundation Day and Cheon Il Guk. Have you become one with me to build this grand temple where we can substantially attend Heavenly Parent on earth after 6,000 years of history and Heaven’s providence for the settlement of Cheon Il Guk? Until now, I have done it alone. From now on, we must move forward with a unified organizational structure to bring national and world restoration in the generations to come.

As I have said I will unify everything, and that we should move forward with spirit and truth, Cheonshim Won and Cheon Mu Won are now like a united mind and body.

In 1975, the global witnessing effort began through young members from the US, Europe and Japan. Even now, though they have grown older, there are members who are still investing in their mission after more than 50 years. Therefore, during the recent Cheon Won Gung Entrance Ceremony, their achievements were commended in the name of Holy Mother Han. That was good, wasn’t it?

True Parents’ mission is to create the environment on earth where Heavenly Parent’s dream, life in the earthly kingdom of heaven, can be realized. Particularly, this is the life that true children who have come through blessed families should live. I expressed it this way: It is like single drops of water gathering with others to form a stream, then becoming a river, which flows toward the broader ocean, creating the environment for the nurturing of many forms of life.

Have you made your determination for 2027? After 6,000 years, through Holy Mother Han, the Cheonil Sanctum was finally offered—a dwelling place on earth where Heavenly Parent has entered and can be fully attended. Yet even now, the environment remains far from adequate. That is why I have long since emphasized the urgent need for witnessing.
