True Mother’s Speeches Related with the Cheon Won Gung Entrance Ceremony

 

 

 

Mother’s speech at the event for the inauguration of the Cheonji Sunhak Won Museum director

The reason I called you today is so that the organization centered on True Parents can now advance as one system. The roles of the Cheon Jae Won and the Cheon Jeong Won are important. Because of True Parents, Korea, which is the nation of origin for this movement, has now become [God’s] homeland. Looking back on the fifty years’ history of True Parents’ providence, Korea must show how much it has grown and become an example to the nations of the world. Korea must become the nation that practices True Parents’ true love. It should not exist solely for its own sake. We have been taught to live for the sake of others. Although you say that you have made effort to live under this principle, in reality, you are still very much inadequate despite the fact that you were the first to come and the first to be blessed compared to the rest of the world’s seven billion people. Do you agree? 

I am saying that you are in a position where this cannot be condoned forever. The number of years that you have left to live are fewer than the number you have lived to this day. If you have led your earthly life in a way that has been solely for the sake of your physical body, you will not be completely able to attain the qualifications to enter the eternal world. You should be spending your lives on earth practicing true love according to True Parents’ teachings. A person that leads such a life should be living for the sake of others. I am saying that you should not remain in a position where you are the only one to receive the blessing and to know True Parents. That is why True Father blessed you with his last words, saying that you should bless 430 couples as heavenly tribal messiahs. His words were a blessing. How much have you lived up to this blessing? What have you been doing while all these blessed families were being born?

The purpose of True Father’s forty-year mission in America was to embrace all humankind. If that was the case, the leaders in Korea should have fulfilled their responsibilities. They did not, and only talk a lot.

Yet, today, you are certainly happy people. It is clear that you are people who have received the blessing. Why do I say this? Although, I don’t know how much you expanded this environment, you have been living in the same era as True Parents. This shall enable the value of your existence to continuously manifest itself throughout history. Where else can you find a greater blessing than this? Then, you must fulfill your responsibilities. This comes up in True Father’s words. What did he say would happen to a nation once twelve victorious families are born into it? He said that it would be restored. For the past fifty years, Korea produced many blessed families starting from the thirty-six couples. Yet, why haven’t there been twelve victorious families in recent times?

These victorious families emerged from the Philippines and Thailand, nations that came after us. I am embarrassed by you. Did you know that? Are you aware of that? That is why, before we hold the third anniversary of True Father’s Ascension, we have to show to heaven and to the world that something in us has changed, that we have transformed anew. The Korean church has received assistance until now. The Korean Headquarters and the Tongil Foundation should now take responsibility for all providential organizations [in Korea]. The headquarters of the Korean church and the foundation must now be responsible for UPF, WFWP, CARP—all of these organizations. Can you do this? [Yes.] Why is your voice so soft?

Shouldn’t you save the honor of the homeland of faith, the homeland of our Heavenly Parent? Now, through the Cheon Jae Won, the missionary headquarters must accelerate its efforts to support the global mission. For this, we must move forward as one organization. Do you understand? [Yes.]

I’m sure you heard secretary-general Kim Man-ho’s speech just now. There are members who are witnessing while living on just ₩200,000 to ₩300,000 a month. I’m sure you feel very sorry and are pained in your hearts. True Parents are not the True Parents only for Korea. They are the True Parents of humankind. We have to save the unfortunate nations. Why are you still floundering forever in Korea? Well? All of you should be helping me. With respect to your responsibilities, you should earn the title of filial child and loyal servant while True Parents are alive. Who will call you that once True Parents go to the spirit world, the other world? Well? That is why I told you that you are living in the most blessed and happiest moment. Depending on whether you fulfill your responsibilities, you can become a filial child, loyal servant and owner of Cheon Il Guk. Time flies. It is fleeting. Even if you were to live until a hundred, you only have a short time left—maybe only twenty to thirty years. By then, you have to be able to stand proudly in front of True Parents and be eternally endorsed by them in the eternal world. Do you understand? [Yes.]

I hope that you are in the position of a progenitor that can say that because of you and the burning heart you had when you first came into contact with God’s word in the early years of the church, this nation was blessed and that you opened the way for the world’s seven billion people to meet True Parents. Do you understand? [Yes.] The reason I invited the senior church elders from Daegu and Busan is to remind you that True Parents are the eternal parents. The mainstream is a vast current and is the only thing that flows in True Parents’ path. There cannot be any branch currents. If a branch current fails to join the main current it will dissipate. It will lose life. Do you understand what I am saying? [Yes.] When you were following God’s will, you followed True Parents. It was not as if you were following the path of any one individual. Do you understand? [Yes.] You have to show your true colors: whether you are the water of life or muddied waters. The water of life is the main current, the mainstream. I am telling you not to become rotten water. Do you understand? [Yes.] If there is anybody around you who is still ambivalent, you should take responsibility for the person. If you realize that the path you have taken leads to death and is void of life, unless you are a fool, you will stick to the path leading to life.

True Parents are God’s only begotten son and daughter, unparalleled in history. There is no other. You must know this. Didn’t Jesus mention this in the Bible? You may be forgiven for denying Jesus but what does it say happens if you go against the Holy Spirit? There is no forgiveness. What does that mean? Those who do not follow True Mother are not part of the mainstream but are headed toward hell. They will not even survive. Once that happens, nobody can save them ever again. Do you understand what I am saying? [Yes.] You have to be clear—crystal clear. I am talking about a life-or-death resolution. If you have a loving heart toward such people around you, you have to make this life-or-death resolution. It should not be a life-or-death situation only for the other person. You have to think about your descendants. Never again should you allow the vestiges of the fallen world, like what we see today, remain in Heaven’s presence. Do you understand? [Yes.] This is a serious issue. There is no forgiveness. I cannot forgive this. You must be clear on this point. [Yes.]

Another reason I called you here today is because of the statement I made to you two years ago that I would build a museum on True Parents’ life courses. It is not that I hadn’t been pushing this. We had a situation that prevented us from making real progress. We can no longer wait. I feel that the concept of a museum lacks life; it doesn’t make you feel good. Even erecting a statue would seem offensive. That’s why I renamed this facility. It shall be called Cheonji Sunhak Won, the Garden of Eden. When people enter this building, they will be able to visually see with their eyes manifestations of True Parents’ lifetime achievements and their speeches, expressed using modern technology that goes beyond 3-D or 4-D. When people see and immerse themselves in this experience, by the time they exit the building they will feel different from when they first entered. They will want to be part of our movement. I want to create such a mood where people can come to that decision on their own. Isn’t this a good idea? [Yes.] [Applause]

We will create an environment where our Heavenly Parent can be revered in the most beautiful, solemn and dignified way. It will show how True Parents had begun from a humble position yet devotedly persevered for the sake of humanity, to save humankind, through a course drenched in their tears, sweat and blood. It was the 19th, 20th century, when human history was crumbling and facing most challenging times. Right? [Yes.] It was also the 21st century. This facility should be able to express how much indemnity True Parents paid and how much sacrifice they made in order to save and bring new life to humankind. Visitors should be able to see this in a glance. Therefore, I want all members around the world to be part of this endeavor. I am not saying that you should not get involved. You should. Nevertheless, just as a boat needs a navigation officer to guide its path, we will need a preparatory committee. We will also ultimately need an executive committee that can spur on the efforts, so that if I give instructions or tell you to do something in a certain way, the committee can do the necessary research. It is not a simple task to conceive of and build such a building. However, for this museum, I want to create it in a way that people would continue to be inspired by True Parents, such that even after centuries have passed, it would be a valuable place where people would want to go to visit, that can stir up in people even the desire to live near the building. Will you take part in these efforts? [Yes!]

In sum, I want all this to be expressed in a splendid way. I mentioned 3-D, 4-D and utilizing technology. We will have to mobilize state-of-the-art technology for this facility. We haven’t commissioned a designer yet, but how shall we do this? Shall we make it three stories high with two stories underground or three? I plan to make a cultural space on the first floor and on an underground floor. There are too many aspects and achievements in True Parents’ lives that cannot be expressed adequately in one picture. It cannot be done with one picture. It has to be made into a movie, and can also be made into a performance. In the future, the facility should be made so that all this can be in operation 365 days a year. Once a person comes here and experiences this, he would be converted. This is actually something the Korean headquarters and church should take the lead in making. What do you think? [Yes. We will do it!] What do you mean “you will do it?” You are only good at responding.

It will require an astronomical amount of investment. Can you do that? This must be done before 2020. To do that, we need to design it now and obtain permits. We will end up wasting a year. You don’t know the urgency that I feel right now. During this time, the Korean headquarters must restore the nation. If you can fulfill that responsibility you are helping me. You have to make everybody know about True Parents. UPF, the Citizens Federation for the Reunification of North Korea and South Korea, and all the other affiliated organizations have worked very hard but you have to get results. You have to make families that attend True Parents. Only then can you restore the nation.

You have to invest yourselves completely for this. Do you understand? [Yes.] Don’t just talk anymore. We have no time. Heaven has given us this great opportunity. If you die before fulfilling your responsibilities, how do you think your descendants will regard you?

When you read True Father’s words, he uses harsh expressions. He does that so that you come to your senses. Do you understand? [Yes.] You wish that it would happen, right? All of you should take part in this endeavor. Do you understand? [Yes.] Hundreds of years from now, your descendants will come and check to see if your name was recorded. The fact that you are with me means you are enjoying the golden years of your lives. Those who turn away from me are unfortunate people. You should not allow your pitiable brothers and sisters to die. You have to save them. Do you understand? [Yes.]

In order to do that, you have to fulfill your responsibilities as tribal messiahs. I have already taught you how to do it. You have to become one. It is okay for Lee Jung-bok who took office today as director [of the Cheon Jeong Gung museum] to operate independently but you must report all this to Cheon Jae Won. You will have to be inspected and audited. Cheon Jeong Won must be aware of your operations. Are the heads of the organization in the Cheongshim area all here? The same goes for you as well. We are now one organization. At the same time, you must do your best to become financially independent. Now you have to save the world. How different do you think it will be when I am here and when I am not?

All members in the world feel this way: They want me to meet them, to visit them and call out to them. We made this banquet hall on the third floor so that I can meet members. I cannot meet them in person. I only have one physical body, yet members and other people in the world want to meet me in person. While I am here, I plan to hold such meetings more often. Do you understand? [Yes.] I don’t mean just all of you. The committee members at the center of the execution of the Cheonji Sunhak Won shall include the Cheon Jeong Won, Cheon Jae Won, the Cheongpyeong Heaven and Earth Training Center, and Hoon-mo nim. Under Mr. Lee, the new director appointed today, the designs and permits should be acquired and a structure should be made in which people can make effort until a blueprint is produced. You should now make preparations during the next ten days. I will gather all church leaders and senior members in Korea at the beginning of December to announce this. Once it is announced, you should not delay even for a day but make sure the job is done quickly. Do you understand? Head of the Cheon Jae Won? [Yes.] Kim Man-ho shall be responsible for the Cheon Jeong Won. [Yes. I understand.] There is also the technical aspect and the cultural aspect. The History Compilation Committee should not be excluded from this project, so Kim Seog-byung should be included. Do you understand? [Yes.] These people should hold meetings and make preparations from now to discuss how you are going to take this project forward. That is why I am announcing this today. Do you understand? [Yes.]

I am aware that we have temporarily obtained certain permits, but since we will have a new model and design now, I hope you can quickly prepare according to the plan. If you all agree to this, please give your applause. [Applause]

Prayer at the groundbreaking for the CheonjiSunhakwon - a Museum of True Parents

Noble Heavenly Parent, Today, we are constructing the CheonjiSunhakwon here in the beautiful ChungPyung area to show humankind your dream and hope through us. Two thousand years ago, after a four-thousand-year providential course, to fallen humankind you sent the Messiah, the only son of God.However, the central figure, Mary, could not fulfill her responsibilities. Figures in Judaism and otherpeople of Israel could not fulfill their responsibilities.Your dream was to send the only son of God to realize your vision and form the True Parents ofhumankind. However, the only son of God, whom you sent after going through tremendous suffering,went the way of the cross. The figures at that time, Jesus' disciples... The two-thousand-year history ofChristianity! They did not know Jesus' essence or Heaven's providence and scattered these in theirignorant state.

As Jesus died on the cross, he said he would return. He said he would come back and hold the marriagesupper of the Lamb. That was the mission of Jesus, who should have formed the True Parents of HeavenEarth and Humankind. However, those who should have united with Jesus could not fulfill theirresponsibilities; furthermore, they could not preserve any evidence that Jesus had come. They had nothingthat they could show throughout history. This is an embarrassment. However, with your repeated hardwork and love, after six thousand years, through the birth of the only daughter of God, in the Han clan,the True Parents of humankind were born and a new history of the providence -- the path for all thepeople of the world to advance on as True Parents' children -- was established. What a miraculous andamazing truth this is! That the people of the world still do not know, however, is regrettable. Therefore,today we are constructing the CheonjiSunhakwon in True Parent's names so we can show True Parents'love and True Parents' providential work vividly to those who are living in the world today, but also toour descendants and to the people we must find as CheonIlGuk citizens.

Beloved Heavenly Parent: Thank you. We feel so sorry, and we are grateful that you did not give up on ignorant people and worked hard to pull us forward. Heavenly Parent, as the True Parents who can realizeyour dream, we have now laid the foundation for us to be able to realize the settlement of CheonIlGuk.Now, through the construction of this place, these people have come to a realization and we will advanceto the day we can return gratitude and glory to Heaven through the heart of hyojeong, and to the peopleof the world.

Heavenly Parent! If you are with us, we will assuredly realize this. We will realize your dream, the dreamof one human family, the kingdom of heaven on earth. This has become the beginning for that day.

The Cheonji Sunhakwon groundbreaking victory celebration speech

The CheonjiSunhakwon building will house museum-quality exhibits on True Parents' lives andtheir work as the embodiment of the word, and thus will present True Parents as models for allmen and women.


How are you feeling? Today, at the CheonjiSunhakwon groundbreaking I prayed that the two thousandyears of Christianity is an embarrassing part of providential history. Isn't that so?


Present today are leaders from around the world, especially members of the clergy from Africa andAmerica. You must know this. Did we have to send Jesus Christ -- the only son of God (found after thelong, four-thousand-year period of the history of the providence of restoration and the dream thatHeavenly Parent so longed for) -- to the cross in that way? How could Christianity leave a wretched Jesusnailed to the cross for two thousand years and believe that was human salvation? The members of theclergy here today must reflect on this. This is the embarrassing Christian providence. However, you arelucky sons, because you met True Parents.


You members of the clergy, alive in True Parents' era, during which repetition of the mistakes of the pasthave not occurred, must stand up. Moses waited for so long to enter Canaan. Yet, in the end, did he enterCanaan or was he unable to? Only Joshua and Caleb entered. All of you here today, what position do youwant to be in? You have to enter Canaan, right? Thus, you must throw away your past and live lives asblessed families whose spirits experienced resurrection through True Parents. Will you all do that?
 
Therefore, while True Parents are still on earth, realize one human family under God, the kingdom ofheaven on earth, which is Heavenly Parent's dream, True Parents' wish and humankind's wish. Please findthe determination to lead the way and fulfill your responsibilities. When I say "Victory for 2020" pleasesay Victory three times. Victory for 2020! [Victory, Victory, Victory!]

True Mother’s Benediction at the Ceremony for the Placement of the Ridge Beam on Cheon Won Gung in Celebration of the 61st Anniversary of True Parents' Holy Wedding

Heavenly Parent, to whom we are grateful; Heavenly Parent, we give thanks.

You have waited for so, so long. Sixty years passed up to the point where we could usher in this one day, this day that stirs our hearts. It is finally today, the 61st Anniversary of True Parents’ Holy Wedding, through this ceremony to place the ridge beam, that we can dedicate, here on earth, the temple in which we can attend You, our Heavenly Parent.

In the beginning, the Creator dreamed of nurturing/caring for his true children on earth and preparing a promising future in this beautiful spring season, when everything in creation is harmonious and responsive.

However, the first ancestors who should have fulfilled their responsibility could not reach the position in which they could receive Heavenly Parent's blessing.

Therefore, Heavenly Parent had to spend 6,000 long years conducting the painful, sad and bitter providence of salvation and restoration through indemnity in search of humankind. Finally, the advent of True Parents, the perfected people that can achieve Heavenly Parent’s dream, occurred on the Korean Peninsula in 1960.

Christianity, which should have created the environment for God’s providence, could not become the environment surrounding True Parents as they were ignorant of their advent, as was all of humankind. Two-thousand years ago, God sent His only begotten Son Jesus Christ to His chosen people of Israel on the foundation of 4,000 years of hard work in the providence. However, the people did not accept Jesus and he was driven to the cross.

What happened to the people of Israel? They suffered, living as a nationless people for 2,000 years and more than 6 million were murdered during WWII.

Here today, I need to warn the people of Korea. Heavenly Parent has endured and waited for so long to embrace humankind. Given our Heavenly Parent's situation, and, what is more, as the Korean people gave birth to True Parents, this nation is positioned to become the central homeland of God’s providence.

However, what the citizens of Korea and the people in charge of this country need to know is that this nation has no hope if it ultimately takes a stance opposing Heaven’s blessings. The desire of the people, a unified Korea, is only possible to achieve when they attend the Heavenly Parent.

Therefore, we must know that the completion of this temple will mean the time has come when Heavenly Parent will fully dwell with True Parents on earth, as Heavenly Parent has dreamed of doing.

I am aware that those who govern this country, as well as those in charge of all the nations of the world, must come to this place and kneel down to receive heavenly mercy, heavenly wisdom, and blessings in order to solve all the challenging problems that are arising in the world today.

I am making a strong demand of the people of Korea. In order to become a people, a nation and citizens that can receive Heaven’s blessings, I sincerely hope that those of you who have received the Blessing, who form blessed families that qualify as citizens of Cheon Il Guk, will become the central figures who govern and lead this nation.

This is the only path that will allow this nation to stand confidently in front of the world as a central nation, and to receive God’s blessings.

All leaders and families who are here today must no longer be disloyal and unfilial children before God. They must no longer bring sadness to God. If you wish for Heaven's grace and blessing, keep in mind the only way for this nation and all of humankind to move forward is to correctly know of and attend our Heavenly Parent. Much time has passed before we could hold today's beam-placement ceremony, but I am extremely excited and thankful.

I earnestly hope for Heavenly Parent's supervision and protection from today until the dedication of this building in 2023. I pray this in the name of True Parents. Aju.

Victory for Vision 2027 and the Successful Dedication of Cheon Won Gung and the Cheon Il Sanctum Special Meeting for Heavenly Korea FFWPU Church Leaders Hosted by the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind at Heaven and Earth Cheonbo Training Center

With your devoted effort and diligent work you have striven to bear beautiful fruit over the last two days. Seeing your faces, I feel very grateful to you.

It has brought back thoughts of that day, six months after True Father’s ascension, on which I proclaimed the first year of Cheon Il Guk and Foundation Day, a day for which I had to prepare alone.

The establishment of Cheon Il Guk for the first time in history and the construction of Heavenly Parent’s substantial temple where Heavenly Parent’s dreams can be realized on earth ushers in a new era for the Korean Peninsula, the birthplace of the True Parents. In passing through truly difficult living circumstances, it is shocking that we did not have the time to prepare for such a historic day.

Yet in order to keep my promise to Heaven, the truth is that I could not sleep at night. When it comes to Cheon Il Guk, it is important to build a country as its pillar, a nation that can represent it. The national bird and the national flower have been established; however when it comes to the country and the national flag… I am not sure how it was for all of you, but for me, however, when I reflect on the past ten years, in my heart I felt like I had to find one tiny needle in the midst of a desert sandstorm without being able to open my eyes. When a country was established in history, there were central people and there were those who participated in that. But I cannot say I had such people around me. I endured everything by myself and then proclaimed the first year of Cheon Il Guk.

However, a proclamation alone is not enough. Though this never really happened in the past…. I know many of you have made personal effort and offered devotion to bring results and contribute toward church development. From that time and for some years, I have been speaking about a revolution of the culture of the heart. Standing in the position of going beyond the Old Testament Age, the New Testament Age, and the Completed Testament Age and proclaiming the first year of Cheon Il Guk was about creating an environment in which people can attend and live with Heavenly Parent. With regard to songs of praise sang in church services, many beautiful hymns were composed in the New Testament Age as people waited for Jesus to return as he had promised. “Shall We Gather at the River” is a hymn of faith that was composed during a time of oppression and expresses Christians’ resolve even to die as they looked forward to the day they could once again meet the Messiah.

Two thousand years ago, back then, I believe the Jordan River must have been a big river. I visited it in the 70s, even in 1968. During those visits, the Jordan River was more like a brook. That’s how much it has changed. So looking at such historical facts, I envisioned what life would be like in the future as we attend Heavenly Parent in the kingdom of heaven on earth.

It was with this in mind that I called David Eaton to come to Korea. He was deeply involved in cultural activities at the time we were conducting the work of God’s global providence, based in the United States. When I encounter the most beautiful masterpieces around the world, many songs express through their lyrics and melodies the feelings or sensations experienced in a particular place. There are, for instance, beautiful songs written about Naples in Italy[1].  These songs express the environment and atmosphere of those times as well. Germany is another example, I think…?

You can all feel the atmosphere through the lyrics of this song, can’t you? In this era of Cheon Il Guk when we are attending Heavenly Parent and living with True Parents, our songs of praise should also change accordingly. That is why I brought David Eaton here ten years ago and said to him, “Please write lyrics and melodies reflecting the atmosphere you are experiencing here.” Yet this is not an easy task, it seems.

There is another song I have sung since I was a young girl. But though I am actually a soprano, nowadays my voice is not so good. [Mother laughs] I must sing this song to you for the sake of America.

The sun shines bright on my old Kentucky home,

‘Tis summer, the people are gay;

The corn-top’s ripe and the meadow’s in the bloom

While the birds make music all the day.

The young folks roll on the little cabin floor

All merry, all happy and bright;

We will sing one song for my old Kentucky home

For my old Kentucky home, far away.

 

Though it was short, did I sing all right? [Applause] When do you think this song was composed? This song was composed for the independence of the United States, before the Civil War between the north and the south. Christianity began to evangelize the world centered on Europe, yet its fundamental essence is “love your neighbor as yourself.” It was to do with love.

In spite of this, people did numerous things that contradicted this fundamental essence. Some went to Africa and sold people as slaves around the world. This song about Kentucky is inspired by a scenic farm in the South. There was a black man working on that farm. Although he lived happily surrounded by nature that he loved, I think it was in this situation that he had to fight for the Confederate Army in the Civil War. This song expresses his longing for the hometown he has left behind. Can you imagine this scene? [Yes.]

And so the United States was born as a new Christian nation, a liberal democracy, and moreover emerged as a representative liberal democratic nation during World War II.

So, if the United States had known the heavenly providence correctly back then, the division between North and South Korea would not have occurred. But now, on the Korean Peninsula, through True Parents, we will have a temple wherein we can attend Heavenly Parent substantially on this earth. This is a miracle of history. It’s a miracle I had never once dreamed of. Do you feel it? [Yes.]

This people, which has to fulfill the mission and responsibility of Heavenly Parent’s homeland, must unite. In order to do that, it is urgent that all of you who received the Blessing first become one and realize a heavenly unified Korea.

But we can’t do this alone. The environment around us has to unite around us and help us. The United States is positioned to have the greatest influence. But Christianity in America… Especially those in positions of political power have a Christian background. But there is a problem of white supremacism. This is not Jesus’ original nature. He told people to love their neighbors as themselves. However, the forces on the side of Satan have been striving for a very long time to occupy Africa. America is sleeping, however. Yet the Africans came as slaves and many lived in the United States, and they suffered a lot under various types of white supremacism.

To put it another way, in order for the democratic world to win over the communist world, the United States must become one with Africa. America must become one with Asia. From this standpoint, the presidents who will lead the United States in the future must know for sure. What is America’s mission? America cannot be just for Americans. True Parents are the ones that that can educate them about that. There is only one set of True Parents. The True Parents.

You must teach so that the United States can become one with the Mother of Peace so that America can embrace Africa, Asia and the rest of the world.

To that end, there are many beautiful concepts in these songs of praise, in the hymns of the New Testament era. As well as marching songs, there are many famous songs, which is the reason for creating a cultural center in this era of Cheon Il Guk. Since we have to create the culture of Cheon Il Guk, even if you do not have any professional knowledge, you are all waiting for the day when you will be able to dedicate your life to the present moment, in oneness with True Parents—and moreover, the temple where you can directly attend Heavenly Parent. I hope that through your devotion and effort many treasures will emerge that can be praised in song in front of God.

In the beginning, I was alone, but now that you are here, I will try to advance in hope.

Heavenly Parent, there is no way to express how deeply sorry we are in front of You, and our heart of deep obligation and gratitude. Nevertheless, Heavenly Parent, please accept this dedication with joy.

Although there have been many challenges leading up to this day, in the midst of Your giving Your blessing this day we can dedicate to You the Cheon Won Gung and Cheon Il Sanctum, where Your glory, Heavenly Parent, can be manifested on high. The tremendous joy, excitement and gratitude we feel in our hearts through doing so are beyond words. Heavenly Parent, please accept this dedication with joy.

Although some aspects are still not yet complete, we will ensure they will be fully in place and ready for the entrance ceremony in 2024. Accordingly, we will make every effort to create a broad environment in which You can directly commence this providence on earth with the True Parents. O God! Give us the wisdom and ability we need. Mother’s Message at the Resolution Rally

On the 20th day of the 7th month by the heavenly calendar in the 12th year of Cheon Il Guk (August 23, 2024), the Resolution Rally for a Victorious Entrance into the Cheon Il Sanctum in Cheon Won Gung was held at the Cheongshim Peace World Center. The event was attended by 21,000 people, including Cheon Il Guk leaders, heads of providential organizations, Heavenly Korea blessed families and members worldwide online. Following is True Mother’s speech from that day, arranged by Cheon Mu Won.

 

Beloved leaders, members, and blessed families around the world, I love you!

Yesterday, I felt deep gratitude and love for the praise teams selected by each region. My great-granddaughter Jeong-ah, who is two years old, was watching with me. Later, I asked her, “All the praise teams did well, but who came in first place?” She doesn’t yet understand the concept of rankings like first and second place. But she said of the team that came first, “Daddy’s team gets 100 points.” Then she said, “Jeong-ah has a big family.” She mentioned that she has a large family. This is Heaven’s heart. We dream of one family of humankind centered on Heavenly Parent and we are realizing that. And two-year-old Jeong-ah says she has many family members. This is her original mind.

Our Creator, Heavenly Parent, has a dream. After creating this beautiful Earth and all things in heaven and on earth in the divine image, and finally created a man and woman to become our first ancestors. Heavenly Parent gave them time to grow through their own effort, and waited for them to perfect themselves. However, those who were meant to become our first ancestors did not achieve perfection, but fell instead. As a result, fallen humankind, living for 6,000 years in an environment of war and conflict in which unity is impossible, has not seen a single day of peace.

However, Heaven could not abandon fallen humanity. Thus, in carrying out the providence of salvation, God selected Israel as the chosen people. After 4,000 years, God sent the only begotten Son Jesus Christ, whom he could call “my Son.” Yet people did not understand Jesus’ essential purpose. Even Mary, who gave birth to him, could not fulfill her responsibility. Since the Creation brought forth a man and a woman, when the only begotten Son was born, the only begotten Daughter needed to be found. Because this could not be accomplished, Jesus ultimately had to go the way of the cross.

Before he died, Jesus said he would come back. He said that when he returned, he would hold the Wedding Feast of the Lamb. Two thousand years of Christian history began with the apostles resurrecting through the Holy Spirit, but people have not understood Jesus’ essence.

So the reality today is that they are simply continuing as they did in the past. As a being who is the same from beginning to end, Heavenly Parent must see things brought to completion. The providence cannot be fulfilled through the people of Israel. We know through history that indemnity remained for the death of Jesus on the cross. For the completion of the providence, Heaven therefore selected and established a new chosen people through whom to bring about the birth of the only begotten daughter. Heaven must be victorious without fail.

The Only Begotten Daughter, born for the completion of Heaven’s providence, must come on a Christian foundation. So in the late Joseon era [*The period from the end of the Joseon Dynasty to the Korean Empire, 1897-August 29, 1910], though American Presbyterian missionaries, works of the Holy Spirit took place in and around Pyongyang, and inspired the independence movement. I was born in 1943, and the liberation of our country came in 1945. Yet Korea was divided into North and South by the Allied forces. The nation’s leaders, who all desired to see our independence, became divided between democracy and communism.

According to the Principle of Creation, God must give time for the only begotten Daughter to grow. A six-year-old cannot carry out the providence. Heaven must protect and care for her until she reaches the age where she can make decisions on her own.

It was after Korea’s liberation in 1945 that, in 1950, the Korean War broke out. I was in North Korea then, but Heaven guided me to come down to South Korea. The returning Messiah, who needs to fulfill Jesus’ dream and complete Heaven’s providence, must meet the only begotten Daughter on the basis of his having secured the support of Christianity. They must recognize the only begotten Daughter. However, the beginning was complicated. That’s why even today, the Christian realm refers to the Unification Church as heretical. This should never have happened.

But now, through the only begotten Daughter, True Mother, the new era after Foundation Day has opened. The era of Cheon Il Guk. Cheon Il Guk is the kingdom of heaven on earth where blessed families that are perfected in love live together with True Parents attending Heavenly Parent. The world, however, is unable to grasp Heaven’s providence. What is more, we are now completing and dedicating a temple in which to attend the Heavenly Parent on earth. How wonderful it would be if we could attend Heavenly Parent on the foundation of creating the environment for that and realizing national restoration.

Over the long period of time of waiting for Jesus’ promised return, Christianity has produced many well-known songs of praise. While longing for Jesus, Christians created many beautiful songs and hymns expressing repentance, love, and mercy. But the Cheon Il Guk era is different. It is the completion of the providence. What kind of heavenly heart should blessed families who live in attendance of Heavenly Parent have? As I said earlier, how is it that Jeong-ah, at the age of two, is speaking of the big umbrella of one family of humankind? This is her original mind.

This era of Cheon Il Guk needs songs of praise that express the excitement, love, gratitude, and glory of living with Heavenly Parent for the first time after 6,000 years of human history. The content of this praise should express the essence of True Parents and Heavenly Parent. If the first ancestors had not fallen and had reached completion, that would have been the where Heavenly Parent dwells together with them. It would have been the day we would have welcomed the True Parents of humanity.

Although the environment was unprepared, in 1960 we advanced to the position of the True Parents. Without that supportive environment, it took us sixty years until this point, the 12th year of Cheon Il Guk, to dedicate Cheon Won Gung and to look forward to entering the Cheon Il Sanctum in 2025. As we move toward that day, please would you, as the blessed families who fulfill the way of filial piety and loyalty to Heaven, and as the citizens of Cheon Il Guk that Heavenly Parent longs for, work to expand that environment!

I have said that the blessed families living in this era are living in a golden age. This time when the only begotten Daughter, True Mother, is still living on earth is the only golden age; there has not been one before and there will never be one again. I hope you will pledge to become one with me and work with me forever to build the kingdom of heaven on earth and in heaven.

Just before True Mother departed, she called forward the Heavenly America praise team that had won first place in the Songs of Praise Competition, gave them gifts, and took a commemorative photo together with them.

The reason I am calling these people forward is that Christianity in America needs to fulfill its responsibility. Through songs of praise created by the Christian realm that has accepted the only begotten Daughter centered on ACLC pastors in America, I want all of Christianity worldwide to follow America’s example and unite. For this reason please congratulate them.

Dear beloved blessed children and new members who have come from all around the country to meet our Wang  Omma, True Mother.

She had begun this trip all the way from South Korea to visit New York first, then she came to Las Vegas so that she could meet our blessed families here in the US. True Mother really wanted to be here today and meet all of you, see all of you in person, but the condition of her health did not allow it. So she told me to come here in her place to express how much she loves America and how much she loves and misses all of you.

So I would like to share True Mother’s words with all of you with the help of True Mother’s interpreter, Soo Ho Kim. Good morning!

To the Heavenly Top Gun missionaries from Heavenly USA and Canada whom I love and respect, to the Pure Waters who are the pride and hope of True Parents, to the leaders who are working hard to expand Heavenly Parent’s substantial realm, and to the young new members who have become part of the Family Federation, hello!  I am so happy to be here with you today. This morning, True Mother asked me to share the following message with you.

I love you all so, so very much.

Every time I think of you, my heart is filled with joy and hope, almost to the point of tears.

The way to save America and the world is for the Pure  Waters of America to awaken. They must awaken and let everyone know that in this war-like world—this world without peace, this world where we cannot look to the future with any hope— the only way forward is to attend Heavenly Parent.

All of you Pure Waters of the Heavenly USA must flow out toward America and toward the world. You must purify everything and make it clear. I hope that the Heavenly Top Guns and Pure Waters will do their best so that we can have a Heavenly USA, and Heavenly Unified world, that attend Heaven.

The Only Begotten Daughter True Mother, the eternal Wang Omma of humanity, said that she misses each and every one of you so much that when she sees even one of you, she forgets about all her pains and troubles, and that she is always thinking of you with love. When I see you today, I can truly feel that “Heavenly Parent is truly a being whose essence is love, and one who is indeed alive and working here with us.” When I look at your eyes, they are saying to me, “As children who have become one with True Parents, we will write an ongoing epic of great hope!”

And your burning hearts, are also speaking to me, saying, “As chosen people who have become one with True Mother, the Only Begotten Daughter, we will write a grand epic of true love.” This is our hope. This is our strength. This is the joy and glory we offer to Heavenly Parent and True Parents.

As the Vice-chair of Cheon Mu Won, the central administration of Cheon Il Guk established by True Parents, I would like to sincerely welcome and express my deepest gratitude to all of you who are here today.

In fact, True Mother was supposed to come see you in person today. She prepared with great joy to meet the Heavenly Top Gun missionaries, the Pure Waters, and the new young members who have recently joined the Family Federation.

However, Mother is unable to be here today due to the unceasing devotions she is offering in communion with Heavenly Parent to prepare for the Cheonwon Gung Entrance Ceremony. However, she is watching all of us now through a video link.

The 21st century should be the clearest and most definite time in all history with the cutting-edge science that we have. But paradoxically, the world is engulfed in continuous chaos and conflict. People are unable to recognize what is true. The first reason is that an increasing amount of false information is being circulated with the help of advancements in science and technology. The second reason is that until now, there was no true person who could reveal the truth of history. From that perspective, the words that True Mother gave to Christian leaders on Christmas Eve last year resonated strongly.

 

True Mother said:

 

What has Christianity done during the past 2,000 years? What devotion have Christians offered for Jesus? Jesus said, “I will come again and hold the Marriage Supper of Lamb.” That means that based on the principle of God’s creation, a man and a woman were created and Jesus will come again in order to see the completion of this principle.

When the Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, was born after 4,000 years, what should have been Mary’s sole purpose? She should have devoted herself to setting up the environment wherein Jesus could be welcomed, in which he could become the Savior and True Parent of humanity. However, Mary could not fulfill that responsibility. Even today, Christmas is human-centric. There is no record of Jesus’ birth. What efforts and devotion did Mary offer to support Jesus?

Christianity calls Mary the “Holy Mother” as they do not understand the essence of Jesus [Jesus’ course]. It is time for this to change. Why? Because this is the 12th year of Cheon Il Guk, True Parents have been born on earth and Cheon Won Gung and an environment where Heavenly Parents’ dream can be realized have been created.

Christianity, which should be taking the lead in creating the Cheon Il Guk environment and advancing toward the world together with me, is still unable to fulfill its responsibility. Due to a lack of Christian understanding of the essence of Jesus, Jesus is brought to tears. Please do not let Jesus suffer any longer. Things must change. I am telling you the truth of providence so that today can be the day when Jesus is liberated.

I am deeply grateful to True Mother for clearly revealing the truth of history and the truth of the providence. Beloved Heavenly Top Gun missionaries, Pure Waters, and new young members!

It was on the Christian foundation that Heavenly Parent sent True Mother to this earth in 1943 as the Only Begotten Daughter. The Marriage Supper of the Lamb [as described in the book of Revelation] – which was the purpose of Jesus’ Second Coming — was fully accomplished in 1960 through True Father, the Lord at his Second Advent, and True Mother, the Only Begotten Daughter. Thus, the True Parents emerged from the history of humankind. The Advent of True Parents is therefore the amazing fulfillment of the Principle of Creation. It is the greatest gift and grace that Heavenly Parent has given to humanity. This is by no means a matter of faith. This is a matter of truth. This is not something to be accepted or not accepted by fallen people who are completely unaware of what will happen one hour from now or one day from now.

This is the exercise of Heavenly Parent’s absolute sovereignty. It is entirely the providence and work of Heavenly Parent. This makes us realize once again how much we should offer our gratitude and praise to True Mother, the Only Begotten Daughter who, at the young age of 16, decided “I must step forward” after the trials of Japanese colonial rule and the 1950 Korean War, devoting herself absolutely to the path of a True Parent and the providence of Heaven.

When we entered the year 2025, True Mother gave us the motto: “In the 13th year of Cheon Il Guk, when we attend the Creator Heavenly Parent substantially, let us, the blessed families around the world, become true sons and daughters of Cheon Il Guk who fulfill our responsibility as the chosen people in unity with True Parents!”

The previous motto, which we followed from 2013, when Cheon Il Guk was proclaimed, until 2024, the 12th year of Cheon Il Guk was: “Let us become true owners of Cheon Il Guk who practice true love in resemblance to our Creator, the Heavenly Parent!” This was the stage of the providence during which we worked to take true ownership by practicing true love in resemblance to our Heavenly Parent.

However, beginning this year, 2025, we have entered the era where we can directly attend our Heavenly Parent here on earth. Attending our Heavenly Parent means living together in the same house, and that cannot happen with anyone other than our parents. As our True Parent, Heavenly Parent will finally be attended here on earth in our everyday lives. That historical start begins with the Entrance Ceremony for the Cheonwon Gung Cheon Il Sanctum.

True Mother said that the Cheon Won Gung Entrance Ceremony marks the day when Heavenly Parent settles on earth for the first time, after 6,000 years. Mother said that this will be the day when the blessed families and chosen people—who are the children centered on True Mother, the Only Begotten Daughter—will attend Heavenly Parent here in the physical world.

The Cheonwon Gung Entrance Ceremony is the completion of Heaven’s providence and the day of the fulfillment of human history, for which Heavenly Parent has been waiting since the creation of the world. This is the reason True Mother has been waiting for this day with such joy, excitement, gratitude, and devotion.

In addition, the concept of the chosen people, which was used to refer only to a specific region or ethnicity, has been elevated to a higher level through True Parents. Blessed families who receive the blessing through True Parents become the chosen people of the new era of Cheon Il Guk.

Therefore, we are not ordinary citizens. We are the chosen people who have become one with True Parents. This is nothing less than a miraculous transformation and revolution that has never been seen before in history. And True Mother has told us that this year’s motto will be passed down from generation to generation. That means it is that important, and the part of it that she emphasized most is “responsibility.” She has explained to us that responsibility always follows blessings.

In addition, True Mother said that Heavenly USA is the nation that should take the lead in the providence and take responsibility at this important time of the Cheonwon Gung Entrance Ceremony and the expansion of Heavenly Parent’s realm being governed directly by Heavenly Parent. This is because Heavenly USA is the country that represents the global Christian realm and because it stands in the position of the providential eldest son nation.

With that in mind, I ask all the blessed families of the Heavenly United States, the Heavenly Top Gun missionaries and Pure Waters, and all pastors and people with public missions to fulfill their responsibilities and become absolutely one with the Only Begotten Daughter True Mother, our Wang Omma, who is taking the lead position in heaven’s providence and in the consummation of our history.

For this special occasion, True Mother has brought a special gift from Korea – handbags and suit ties made by Kristina Han, a company started by True Mother herself. When people see you carrying the bag or wearing the tie, they will see and feel that you are the Pure Waters of True Mother. Please wear them with pride and with the love of True Mother for the world.

I hope that today will be a time for you to pledge and swear to become proud Heavenly Top Gun missionaries and Pure Waters of Heavenly USA who will respond 120% to True Mother’s endless love and grace. I pray that the love, blessings, and great victory of Heavenly Parent and True Parents will always be with you. Thank you.

The “Global Worship Service for a Victorious Entrance into Cheon Won Gung” was held amid Heaven’s grace at the Cheong shim Peace World Center at 9:00 AM on 1.5 by the Heavenly Calendar in the 13th Year of Cheon Il Guk (February 2, 2025). This was a major event in the Weeklong Celebration of the Holy Birth of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind and the 12th Anniversary of Cheon Il Guk Foundation Day with blessed families and members participating from around the world. Cheon Mu Won has prepared and arranged True Parents’ message for this occasion:

Beloved blessed families and members around the world,

I offer my deepest gratitude and glory to our Creator, Heavenly Parent, for giving us this wonderful day when we can really welcome the 13th year of Cheon Il Guk.

Due to the wars and conflicts arising over the 6,000 years of human history since the Fall, humankind could not experience even a single peaceful day. And as the Creator had to complete the heavenly providence, how difficult and grueling must it have been that, through the chosen people, it took 4,000 years to form the nation of Israel beginning from the level of individuals, through families, tribes, and a people.

After 4,000 years, Heavenly Parent finally brought about the birth of Jesus Christ, who was conceived through the Holy Spirit. Yet Mary and the people of Israel could not fulfill their responsibility. Considering the reality of his conception through the Holy Spirit, and even though wise men from the East followed a star to find him, there is no record of the date of Jesus’ birth.

After waiting 30 years and knowing he would not be able to complete God’s Will, Jesus began his three-year public course. In the end, Jesus died on the cross, yet he said he would come again. The apostles who had been resurrected through the Holy Spirit waited for Jesus’ promised return, and thus the 2,000-year Christian providence began. Though there was much persecution in those early days, Christianity eventually received recognition from the Roman Empire and spread throughout Europe from the Italian peninsula and worldwide centered on Britain. This opened the era of Atlantic civilization.

However, they did not know Jesus’ essence. They did not understand why he said he would come back, or that he would hold the Marriage Supper of the Lamb when he returned. Eventually, they went out to witness under the pretext of representing Jesus, but the era of the Atlantic civilization, in which nations prioritized their own interests, came to a close.

According to the Principle of Creation, when the Only Begotten Son was born, his counterpart should also have been born. However, this could not come through the people of Israel because they remained a nation with a debt of indemnity for the death of Jesus. Through our knowledge of history, we know what kind of indemnity they paid. Because Heaven cannot trust fallen humanity, another chosen people was selected and raised. This is the Korean people.

The birth of the Only Begotten Daughter had to take place in a Christian environment. When works of the Holy Spirit were occurring in the Protestant Church centered around Pyongyang, through the devotion of many who received these revelations the Only Begotten Daughter was born in 1943.

However, at that time, Korea was under Japanese colonial rule, and when World War II ended in 1945, the country was divided into South and North, democracy and communism. Because Heaven had brought about the birth of the Only Begotten Daughter who would see the completion of the providence, according to the principles of creation God had to allow her a growing period during which she would mature. However, Korea fell into crisis at that time. How was it that troops from at least 16 UN member states took part and shed righteous blood in that conflict in a small, unknown country? It is because Heaven was with us and protected the Only Begotten Daughter.

From birth, I grew up knowing God as my parent. Because I knew that my responsibility was to fulfill Heavenly Parent’s dream on earth and see its completion, in 1960 I assumed the position of True Parent, though I was still very young. It is true that we went through difficult times. However, I waited patiently and persevered, and finally proclaimed the Foundation Day of Cheon Il Guk. Throughout human history, including the history of religion, everything has been male-centered. The Principle of Creation is about man and woman. The Creator is also the Creator Father and Mother. The Only Begotten Daughter was the first to reveal this.

Thus, with no one else understanding the providence, I walked alone and proclaimed the firm settlement of Cheon Il Guk after establishing the condition of restoring 7 nations, 7 religious orders, and a continent. However, that alone is not enough. Heavenly Parent’s dream and humanity’s hope is to live in the kingdom of heaven on earth. Therefore, you blessed families and CheonBo families cannot remain where you are. You must fulfill your responsibility. Responsibility. True Mother, the Only Begotten Daughter, cannot do everything by herself. I pray that all of you will become the blessed families that, together with me, will create a greater, higher and broader environment in which people can attend Heavenly Parent.

As Director-General Song Yong-cheon of the World Missions Headquarters said, in your prayers and devotions you must establish the tradition of offering prayers with gratitude “in my name [name of person praying], of a blessed family attending our Holy Mother Han.” In creating an environment in which all people of the world can attend Holy Mother Han, the Pure Water must fulfill their responsibility, whether they are first, second, or third generation.

This is the only path to realizing one family of humankind attending Heavenly Parent and a peaceful world without war or conflict. I bless all of you who are united with Holy Mother Han to receive heavenly fortune as you move toward that day.

Heavenly Parent, we thank You. We offer our profound gratitude and our humble apologies. Now You are truly the rightful Master of this earth. Our second, third, and fourth generation, the Pure Water, born of many blessed families who exist because of True Parents, are going out to the world to impart the vision of Your earthly kingdom across the land. From this day forward, Heavenly Parent, please embrace and love Your children with all Your heart! This world will now gradually be set in order under Your dominion, and a world of one family of humankind attending the Heavenly Parent with true love will surely unfold. In the name of Holy Mother Han I proclaim to the world that the gates of Heaven, the gates of God’s kingdom of Cheon Il Guk, are now wide open.

True Parents’ Message at the Global Worship Service

Holy Mother Han knows very well the hard work and efforts of all you leaders. Thank you for your investment. The Cheon Il Guk era, the 13th year of Cheon Il Guk, is the time when Heavenly Parent is substantially conducting the providence on earth. Especially while the Only Begotten Daughter, True Mother, is on earth, all organizations and institutions must move forward under one system. After Father's Seonghwa (ascension), the first thing I said was that "I will return to spirit and truth." These days when we are marking 65 years since True Parents' advent, I feel sorry before Heavenly Parent. I am sorry for making You wait so long. As I conducted the Entrance Ceremony, I felt as though I would burst into tears. True Parents' responsibility is to create the environment on earth in which people can attend Heavenly Parent, so that the ideal of creation can be substantially realized at the point where True Parents and Heavenly Parent are in unity. However, although True Parents came in 1960 and many blessed families have come into being through the Blessing, an environment in which everyone could attend Heavenly Parent substantially has not been established.
Passing through a period of 53 long years, I proclaimed Foundation Day and Cheon Il Guk.

Have you become one with me to build this grand temple where we can substantially attend Heavenly Parent on earth after 6,000 years of history and Heaven’s providence for the settlement of Cheon Il Guk? Until now, I have done it alone. From now on, we must move forward with a unified organizational structure to bring national and world restoration in the generations to come. As I have said I will unify everything, and that we should move forward with spirit and truth, Cheonshim Won and Cheon Mu Won are now like a united mind and body. Cheon Mu Won must serve as the Central Administration for national and world restoration, so I am appointing Director Lee Chung-woo (heading Cheon Mu Won's Mission Policy Office) as the Chief Administration Director and we will strive to move forward with a unified system. Also, for those who are celebrating 50 years of mission work, I ask that you write your autobiography as a record, like a mission journal. We must become one. There should be no separation between mind and body. As I am attending Heavenly Parent, as the one responsible, I ask that you do your best in expanding the environment in which Heaven can work.
